Infertility taxes even the strongest of coping resources.

Research shows that most people cope with stressful or traumatic life events with skills that fall into a handful of categories.

This mini-course, by a national expert in trauma psychology, teaches these skills in an organized, signature 5-part coping framework that is infused with these research-supported strategies.

About The Instructor

Hello!  I’m Dr. Carole Swiecicki, a clinical psychologist who has spent over 15 years improving access to evidence-based emotional and behavioral services for trauma survivors. After my own 7-year journey with infertility, I recognized a huge gap in women’s access to high quality mental health support that is informed by research.

I am a researcher and reader at my core – it is part of why I’ve had a lot of success obtaining federal grants to support evidence-based care for trauma victims.  And it’s why I wanted to apply evidence-based mental health care to improve the journey to motherhood for those of us who struggle. I founded Remolina Support Programs in 2021 to fill this need by providing information and support to women to and through their motherhood journeys.

This course provides a foundational framework and set of strategies for increasing coping to manage the challenging journey of infertility.

I am honored to help you on this important journey!
