First, therapy is meant to treat clinical levels of symptoms. It starts with a clinical assessment and is designed to reduce distress (i.e., clinical symptoms). Many women would benefit from learning skills to reduce stress (regardless of clinical symptom level)- which is different from treating depression or anxiety. While these skills are based on theories and techniques that overlap with what is taught in some therapies, the goals and format are different. There is no client-provider relationship established or clinical service delivered.

The prevailing burnout advice focuses on “self-care” or time off. My approach is different. You’ll learn about a practical system with proven strategies to rebuild your energy, align your goals, and perform at a high level— integrating skills into your work and life without burning out.

And I’ve lived this too. I built a multi-six-figure business while supporting my family, navigating infertility, and then becoming a parent. I’ve felt the twinges of burnout setting in.
