Fertility
Courses & Programs
Infertility is hard, emotionally and physically. Our courses and programs are infused with research-supported coping strategies and walk alongside you in your infertility journey to support your emotional and behavioral wellness. Each program is designed to complement cycles of your fertility journey, including having assisted reproductive technology from a medical specialist. You will receive information about common emotional and behavioral reactions and/or side effects from the cycle components. Additionally, you will learn coping skills that help manage the stress of the process.
Coping While TTC: Mini Course
Struggling to conceive taxes even the strongest of coping resources. Research shows that we cope with stressful and traumatic life events with coping techniques that fall in a handful of categories. This foundational mini-course organizes these coping skills in our signature, research-infused 5-part framework: The Uplift Coping Framework™
Ovulation Induction Cycle Support
This course is for women undergoing ovulation induction with timed intercourse or intrauterine insemination. It includes weekly lessons describing common physical, emotional and behavioral reactions, paired with coping skills for each week.
IVF: Egg Retrieval Cycle Support
The first phase of in vitro fertilization (IVF) involves an egg retrieval cycle – with ovarian stimulation, triggered maturation of oocytes, and retrieval procedure. This cycle provides weekly lessons describing common physical, emotional and behavioral reactions, paired with coping skills for each week. This course has a support module for women who proceed with a fresh embryo transfer.
IVF: Frozen Embryo Transfer Cycle Support
Many in vitro fertilization (IVF) processes include a separate cycle in which a frozen embryo is transferred (FET). This course provides weekly lessons describing common physical, emotional and behavioral reactions during an FET, paired with coping skills for each week.
Unmedicated Cycle Support
This course is appropriate for natural cycles and unmedicated intrauterine induction (IUI). The course includes weekly lessons describing common physical, emotional and behavioral reactions, paired with coping skills for each week.
